chamomile coffee tonic

Chamomile powder has been one of my faaaaavorite ingredients to play around with as of recently. It’s the easiest thing to make, super budget friendly, but feels ultra luxurious. It has a really delicate, sweet taste and is full of antioxidants. And so lovely for your nervous system!

Lion’s mane can be a beautiful aid for mental clarity and concentration while he shou wu is a rejuvenation tonic. It can be nourishing to your blood, hair, skin, nervous system and sexual center amongst a few other things. I tagged my favorite sources for each thing below for you to learn and research more because I always recommend doing your own research for your body. xx

This is one of my lighter tonics but adding a little extra coconut oil and hemp seeds adds the creaminess factor which is always a must for me personally!

tip ;

To make your own chamomile and rose powders simply blend dried chamomile flowers or rose petals using a high speed blender or coffee grinder until it makes a fine powder (usually about 1 minute). Store in a glass containers to have on hand for future tonics and baking.
