Chamomile Coffee Tonic

Chamomile powder has been one of my faaaaavorite ingredients to play around with as of recently. It’s the easiest thing to make, super budget friendly, but feels ultra luxurious. It has a really delicate, sweet taste and is full of antioxidants.

Together the ashwagandha, chamomile powder, and rose powder are ultra soothing for your nervous system to combat those ‘coffee jitters’ or racing heart feeling some of us may get from plain coffee alone.

This is one of my lighter tonics but adding a little extra coconut oil and hemp seeds adds the creaminess factor which is always a must for me personally!

tip ;

To make your own chamomile and rose powders simply blend dried chamomile flowers or rose petals using a high speed blender or coffee grinder until it makes a fine powder (usually about 1 minute). Store in a glass containers to have on hand for future tonics and baking.
